Position Overview:

As a Cocktail Server, you will provide exceptional service in our bar or lounge area, taking and delivering food and drink orders, offering recommendations, and ensuring guests have a memorable experience.

Job Functions:

• Customer Service: Greet guests warmly, engage professionally, and provide attentive service.
• Order Taking: Accurately take drink orders, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Menu Knowledge: Understand the cocktail menu, wine list, and beverage options to make suitable recommendations.
• Drink Preparation: Collaborate with bartenders to prepare and serve drinks efficiently, following recipes and presentation standards.
• Upselling: Promote additional drinks, upgrades, or specials to enhance guest experience and sales.
