Fairfield Inn & Suites Cookeville is seeking a dependable Housekeeper/Laundry Attendant to join our hospitality team. You will clean and service guest rooms to brand standards, replace linens and amenities, and keep public areas tidy while ensuring safety and guest satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have basic experience and a strong work ethic, with the stamina to perform physically demanding tasks and the ability to work independently as part of a team in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or room attendant experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to meet productivity standards while maintaining cleanliness expectations.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms to company and brand standards.
• Change bed linens and make beds.
• Replace used towels and replenish guest amenities.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors and carpets.
• Dust furniture and clean surfaces.
• Restock beverages, food items, and room supplies as needed.
• Clean and maintain public areas, including hallways and common spaces.
• Report maintenance concerns and safety hazards promptly.
• Assist guests with questions and requests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Help recover and report lost and found items.
• Follow all hotel safety, security, and cleanliness procedures.
• Ensure all assigned rooms are completed accurately and efficiently each shift.
