Waters of Springfield in Springfield, TN is hiring a Full Time Housekeeping Aide to maintain clean resident areas and support a welcoming environment.

Under the supervision of the Director of Housekeeping, you will perform room cleaning and facility upkeep, follow policies, and comply with health and safety regulations with attention to detail and reliability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Understand and carry out oral and written directions.
• Able to set work priorities and work independently.
• Must meet health assessment requirements (Mantoux test).
• Must communicate in English, verbally and in writing.

Under the direction of the Director of Housekeeping, this position is delegated the following essential functions:

• Cleaning resident rooms and other interior and exterior facility areas and assisting in maintaining a clean and attractive environment for the residents

• Carrying out the assigned duties and responsibilities in accordance with current existing federal and state regulations and established company policies and procedures

Job Requirements

• Possess a high school diploma or sufficient knowledge and education to perform job functions

• Understand and carry out oral and written directions

• Is capable of setting work priorities and working independently in the absence of supervision

• Must meet health assessment requirements, including two-stage Mantoux skin test

• Must be able to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing, and possess sufficient communication skills to perform the tasks required

• Must be capable of performing the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations
