Fairfield Inn & Suites Pigeon Forge is hiring a Housekeeper to maintain clean, comfortable guest rooms and uphold brand standards. You will change linens, restock amenities, and help keep public spaces inviting.

No prior experience required, but reliability and attention to detail are essential. We offer competitive pay, PTO, daily pay, telehealth, travel discounts, and opportunities for growth within a supportive hospitality team.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or room attendant experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to meet productivity standards while maintaining cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms to brand standards.
• Change bed linens and make beds.
• Replace used towels and replenish guest amenities.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors and carpets.
• Dust furniture and clean surfaces.
• Restock beverages, food items, and room supplies as needed.
• Clean and maintain public areas, including hallways and common spaces.
• Report maintenance concerns and safety hazards promptly.
• Assist guests with questions and requests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Help recover and report lost and found items.
• Follow all hotel safety, security, and cleanliness procedures.
• Ensure all assigned rooms are completed accurately and efficiently each shift.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent is a plus
