Home2 Suites by Hilton Alcoa Knoxville Airport is seeking a friendly Housekeeper to clean and service guest rooms to brand standards, restock supplies, and maintain public areas. You’ll report maintenance concerns and assist guests with questions in a professional, courteous manner.

Experience is preferred but not required; strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work independently are valued.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping experience preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to meet productivity standards while maintaining cleanliness expectations.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms to company and brand standards
• Change bed linens and make beds
• Replace used towels and replenish guest amenities
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors and carpets
• Dust furniture and clean surfaces
• Restock beverages, food items, and room supplies as needed
• Clean and maintain public areas, including hallways and common spaces
• Report maintenance concerns and safety hazards promptly
• Assist guests with questions and requests in a friendly, professional manner
• Help recover and report lost and found items
• Follow all hotel safety, security, and cleanliness procedures
• Ensure all assigned rooms are completed accurately and efficiently each shift

What We're Looking For

• Previous housekeeping or room attendant experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to meet productivity standards while maintaining cleanliness expectations
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift
• Dependable attendance and a positive attitude
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent is a plus
