Oceana Santa Monica, a luxury all-suite oceanfront retreat, seeks a detail-oriented Housekeeper to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation across guest rooms and suites.

You will professionally arrange beds and amenities, anticipate guest needs, and work quietly within privacy guidelines while contributing to a collaborative team focused on delivering exceptional hospitality experiences.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred (luxury hotel experience is a plus).
• A strong eye for detail and commitment to high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• A professional, courteous demeanor with a guest-first mindset.
• Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong reliability, organization, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms and suites to luxury-level cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Ensure beds, linens, and in-room amenities are perfectly arranged and visually consistent.
• Deliver thoughtful, detail-oriented service that anticipates guest expectations.
• Respect guest privacy and follow established room entry protocols at all times.
• Identify and report maintenance needs, safety concerns, or service opportunities.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping carts, storage areas, and service spaces.
• Support laundry operations, including linen handling and supply replenishment.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient room turnover while maintaining quality.

About The Role

As a Housekeeper, you are an essential part of the guest experience and a key ambassador of our luxury brand standards. You ensure every guest room and suite reflects the highest level of cleanliness, presentation, and comfort, creating a space that feels both pristine and welcoming.

Schedule & Expectations

• Flexible schedule based on operational needs, including mornings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to remain active throughout the shift, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting
