You will make beds, clean bathrooms, replenish supplies, and respond to guest requests, while collaborating with the team to uphold brand standards.

What You’ll Do as Housekeeper

• Guest Room Excellence:Clean guest rooms as assigned, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing bed linens, towels, and amenities.
• Turn Down Service:Provide additional room refreshment and turn-down service as needed.
• Guest Service:Respond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
• Team Collaboration:Participate in team meetings with other staff members to ensure consistent, high-quality service.
• Positive Energy:Be a team player who brings a fun, energetic spirit to our team as we work hard and have fun together!
