Prominence Hospitality Group is seeking a detail-oriented Housekeeper to create a clean, welcoming environment at Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Des Plaines, IL. You will maintain guest rooms, perform turn-down service, and respond to guest needs with a positive, team-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Guest Room Excellence: Clean guest rooms as assigned, including beds, bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and restocking linens and amenities.
• Turn Down Service: Provide room refreshes and turn-down service as needed.
• Guest Service: Respond promptly to guest requests with a friendly, professional approach.

What You’ll Do as Housekeeper

• Guest Room Excellence:Clean guest rooms as assigned, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing bed linens, towels, and amenities.
