Prominence Hospitality Group is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper for Courtyard by Marriott Peoria, IL. You will clean guest rooms, prepare beds, and refresh bathrooms to ensure a spotless, welcoming environment.

You’ll also provide turn-down service, respond to guest requests promptly, and collaborate with the hotel team to maintain high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

What You’ll Do as Housekeeper

• Guest Room Excellence:Clean guest rooms as assigned, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing bed linens, towels, and amenities.
• Turn Down Service:Provide additional room refreshment and turn-down service as needed.
• Guest Service:Respond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
• Team Collaboration:Participate in team meetings with other staff members to ensure consistent, high-quality service.
