Job summary

Four Points by Sheraton in Deadwood, SD is seeking a dedicated housekeeping team member. You will clean guest rooms to brand standards and respond to guest needs with a friendly, proactive approach. You must be flexible to work weekends and holidays and maintain a neat professional appearance.

The position offers full-time status with benefits and opportunities within LIV Hospitality. Daily duties include upholding service excellence while ensuring guest comfort and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be flexible (weekends and holidays) and a team player.
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
• Strong attention to detail in cleaning standards and room upkeep.
• Ability to walk, climb stairs, stand, bend, reach and lift medical loads up to 100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Cleans guest rooms according to established standards to ensure clean, ready rooms.

Qualifications: Responsibilities

• Cleans guest rooms in accordance with established company, brand or hotel standards to allow a sufficient quantity of vacant and clean rooms.
• Responds to the needs of guests and coworkers in a friendly, positive manner.
• Within guidelines established by the hotel or management company, maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards for the property.
• Responsible for carrying out special requests from guests in a timely manner, such as extra towels, replacing faulty equipment, etc.
• Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.

Requirements

• Previous hotel housekeeping experience is a plus, but is not required.
• Must be flexible (work weekends and holidays), and be a team player.
• Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times.
• Attention to detail and ability meet high standards of room cleanliness.
• Must be able to properly use cleaning supplies and chemicals.
• Must be able to walk, climb stairs, stand, bend, crouch, kneel, reach overhead, twist, lift, push, pull and carry loads in excess of 100 lbs.
• Must be 16 years or older.
