Ennoble Care is seeking two full-time, experienced Housecalls Community Liaisons for the Central/South Miami, FL area. The role focuses on promoting services, building relationships, and increasing brand awareness within the community.

Responsibilities include meeting with doctors and facilities to generate referrals, analyzing markets and marketing data, developing plans, and coordinating with office staff for enrollment and updates. Healthcare marketing or nursing experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Min. 3 years in marketing, nursing, or social work with health agencies/professionals.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Driver with insured automobile in good condition.

Responsabilités

• Analyze target market potential for the service area.
• Visit doctors' offices, hospitals, SNFs and other sources to present credentials and obtain referrals.
• Analyze the organization's strengths and weaknesses.
• Analyze past and current marketing data.
• Complete an analysis of the product line.
• Analyze patient/company relationships.
• Develop sales/marketing objectives and projections.
• Develop and implement a marketing plan with priorities and timetable.
• Review plan on a set basis.
• Attend IDG meetings as appropriate.
• Assist office staff with updates.
• Provide community outreach and education.

Job Summary:

Ennoble Care is seeking two full-time, experienced Housecalls Community Liaison one for our Central / South Miami, FL territory. This role involves engaging with the community to promote our services, build relationships, and enhance brand awareness.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze the potential of the company's service area to determine target markets.
• Visit Doctor' offices, hospitals, Assisted Living facilities, Skilled Nursing Facilities and other possible sources of referrals to present Agency credentials and obtain patient referrals.
• Analyze the company's organization to determine its strengths and weaknesses.
• Analyze past and current marketing data.
• Complete an analysis of the company's "product" line.
• Analyze patient/company relationships.
• Develop sales/marketing objectives and sales projections.
• Develop a marketing plan, identifying priorities and sets a reasonable timetable.
• Implement marketing plan staying within established timetable.
• Review and evaluate the analyses and plan on an established basis.
• Attend IDG meetings, as appropriate.
• Assist office staff as needed with going to updates, etc.
• Provide community outreach and education.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years experience in marketing, nursing or social work interacting with health agencies/professionals.
• Must be organized and detail oriented.
• Must be able to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
• Must be a licensed driver with an insured automobile in good working order.

Compensation: Base salary + Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Bonuses
