Ennoble Care is seeking a full-time Community Liaison for the Fairfax, VA region and surrounding areas. The role involves engaging hospitals, doctor offices, and senior care facilities to promote our House Call and Hospice services.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in marketing or health services, strong communication and organizational skills, and a valid driver’s license with an insured vehicle. Competitive salary with performance bonuses is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in marketing, nursing, or social work with health agencies.
• Must be organized and detail oriented.
• Must communicate effectively in writing and verbally.

Responsabilités

• Analyze service area potential to identify target markets.
• Visit doctor offices, hospitals, SNFs, and other referral sources to present credentials and gain referrals.
• Assess organization strengths and weaknesses and analyze marketing data.
• Develop sales/marketing objectives, projections, and plans.
• Implement and review marketing plans and measures.
• Attend meetings and assist office staff as needed.
• Provide community outreach and education.

Job Summary:

Ennoble Care is seeking a full-time, preferred experienced Community Liaison for our Fairfax, VA region and the surrounding areas! The Community Liaison will be responsible for interaction in specific hospitals in the area and promoting company House Call and Hospice services.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze the potential of the company's service area to determine target markets.
• Visit Doctor' offices, hospitals, Assisted Living facilities, Skilled Nursing Facilities and other possible sources of referrals to present Agency credentials and obtain patient referrals.
• Analyze the company's organization to determine its strengths and weaknesses.
• Analyze past and current marketing data.
• Complete an analysis of the company's "product" line.
• Analyze patient/company relationships.
• Develop sales/marketing objectives and sales projections.
• Develop a marketing plan, identifying priorities and sets a reasonable timetable.
• Implement marketing plan staying within established timetable.
• Review and evaluate the analyses and plan on an established basis.
• Attend IDG meetings, as appropriate.
• Assist office staff as needed with going to updates, etc.
• Provide community outreach and education.

Job Qualifications:

• At least 3 years experience in marketing, nursing or social work interacting with health agencies/professionals.
• Must be organized and detail oriented.
• Must be able to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
• Must be a licensed driver with an insured automobile in good working order.

Base Salary: $50,000 - $95,000, Plus: Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Bonuses
