Ennoble Care is seeking a Full-time, experienced Community Liaison for Bergen County, NJ. The House Calls Community Liaison will interact in the community and promote Ennoble Care's services.

Responsibilities include market analysis, visiting doctors and facilities to present credentials and obtain referrals, and developing a marketing plan. Fluency in English and Spanish is required; a valid driver’s license is also needed.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in marketing, nursing or social work with health agencies/professionals.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Organized with strong written and verbal communication.
• Must be a licensed driver with an insured automobile.

Responsibilities

• Analyze the potential of the service area to determine target markets.
• Visit doctors, hospitals, SNFs and other sources of referrals to present credentials and obtain patient referrals.
• Analyze the company's organization to determine strengths and weaknesses.
• Analyze past and current marketing data.
• Develop sales/marketing objectives and projections.
• Develop a marketing plan with priorities and timelines.
• Implement the marketing plan within the timetable.
• Review and evaluate the analyses and plan on a set basis.
• Attend IDG meetings as appropriate.
• Assist office staff with updates as needed.
• Provide community outreach and education.

Ennoble Care is seeking a Full-time, preferred experienced Community Liaison for our Bergen County, NJ regions! The House Calls Community Liaison will be responsible for interaction in the community and promoting company services.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze the potential of the company's service area to determine target markets.
• Visit Doctor' offices, hospitals, Assisted Living facilities, Skilled Nursing Facilities and other possible sources of referrals to present Agency credentials and obtain patient referrals.
• Analyze the company's organization to determine its strengths and weaknesses.
• Analyze past and current marketing data.
• Complete an analysis of the company's "product" line.
• Analyze patient/company relationships.
• Develop sales/marketing objectives and sales projections.
• Develop a marketing plan, identifying priorities and sets a reasonable timetable.
• Implement marketing plan staying within established timetable.
• Review and evaluate the analyses and plan on an established basis.
• Attend IDG meetings, as appropriate.
• Assist office staff as needed with going to updates, etc.
• Provide community outreach and education.

Job Qualifications

• At least 3 years experience in marketing, nursing or social work interacting with health agencies/professionals.
• Must be fluent in both English and Spanish
• Must be organized and detail oriented.
• Must be able to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
• Must be a licensed driver with an insured automobile in good working order.

Base Salary: $50,000 - $95,000, Plus: Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Bonuses
