Ennoble Care is seeking a full-time House Calls Community Liaison for the Nassau County, NY region. The role centers on promoting our primary care and house calls services, visiting offices and facilities to secure patient referrals, and developing local market strategies.

You will analyze markets, plan and implement marketing activities, and provide education to communities. Base salary ranges from $50,000 to $95,000 with bonuses; full-time benefits apply.

Qualificações

• At least 3 years experience in marketing, nursing or social work interacting with health agencies/professionals.
• Must be organized and detail oriented.
• Must be able to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
• Must be a licensed driver with an insured automobile in good working order.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze the potential of the service area to determine target markets.
• Visit doctors' offices, hospitals, assisted living facilities and other sources of referrals to present credentials and obtain patient referrals.
• Analyze the organization's strengths and weaknesses.
• Analyze past and current marketing data.
• Complete an analysis of the product line.
• Analyze patient/company relationships.
• Develop sales/marketing objectives and sales projections.
• Develop a marketing plan with priorities and timetable.
• Implement the marketing plan within the timetable.
• Review and evaluate analyses and plan on a regular basis.
• Attend IDG meetings, as appropriate.
• Assist office staff as needed with updates.
• Provide community outreach and education.

Ennoble Care is a mobile primary care, palliative care, and hospice service provider with patients in New York, New Jersey, Maryland, DC, Virginia, Oklahoma, Kansas, Pennsylvania, Texas, Florida, and Georgia. Ennoble Care is seeking a full-time, experienced House Calls Community Liaison for our Nassau County, NY region! The House Calls Community Liaison will be responsible for interaction in the community and promoting company services, such as our House Calls (primary care) services.

• Analyze the potential of the company's service area to determine target markets.
• Visit Doctor' offices, hospitals, Assisted Living facilities, Skilled Nursing Facilities and other possible sources of referrals to present Agency credentials and obtain patient referrals.
• Analyze the company's organization to determine its strengths and weaknesses.

• Complete an analysis of the company's "product" line.
• Analyze patient/company relationships.
• Develop sales/marketing objectives and sales projections.

Base Salary: $50,000 - $95,000, Plus: Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Bonuses
