Job summary

Ennoble Care is seeking a Full-time Community Liaison for the Philadelphia, PA region to promote Hospice and Housecall services in the community. You will visit doctors, hospitals and facilities to secure referrals, analyze markets, and implement a marketing plan with measurable objectives.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in marketing or health-related outreach, is organized, communicates well, and holds a valid driver’s license with a reliable insured vehicle.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years experience in marketing, nursing or social work interacting with health agencies/professionals.
• Must be organized and detail oriented.
• Must be able to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
• Must be a licensed driver with an insured automobile in good working order.

Responsibilities

• Visit doctors' offices, hospitals, assisted living facilities, and skilled nursing facilities to present agency credentials and obtain patient referrals.
• Promote Ennoble Care services such as Hospice and Housecall.
• Develop sales/marketing objectives, plans and projections.
• Analyze service area potential and past marketing data.
• Provide community outreach and education.

Ennoble Care is seeking a Full-time, experienced Community Liaison for our Philadelphia, PA region! The Community Liaison will be responsible for interaction in the community and promoting company services, such as our Hospice and Housecall services.

• Analyze the potential of the company's service area to determine target markets.
• Visit Doctor' offices, hospitals, Assisted Living facilities, Skilled Nursing Facilities and other possible sources of referrals to present Agency credentials and obtain patient referrals.
• Analyze the company's organization to determine its strengths and weaknesses.
• Analyze past and current marketing data.
• Complete an analysis of the company's "product" line.
• Analyze patient/company relationships.
• Develop sales/marketing objectives and sales projections.
• Develop a marketing plan, identifying priorities and sets a reasonable timetable.
• Implement marketing plan staying within established timetable.
• Review and evaluate the analyses and plan on an established basis.
• Attend IDG meetings, as appropriate.
• Assist office staff as needed with going to updates, etc.
• Provide community outreach and education.

  Base Salary: $50,000 - $95,000, Plus: Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Bonuses
