Job summary

Ennoble Care is seeking a full-time Housecalls Community Liaison for the Dallas, TX market. You will promote services, build relationships, and increase brand awareness through community outreach and referrals.

Candidates should have at least 3 years of marketing, nursing, or social work experience with health agencies, be organized, detail-oriented, and able to communicate effectively in writing and speech. A valid driver's license and insured vehicle are required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze service area potential to determine target markets.
• Visit Doctor' offices, hospitals, ALFs, SNFs to present credentials and obtain referrals.
• Analyze the organization's strengths and weaknesses.
• Analyze marketing data and develop a plan with objectives.
• Develop a marketing plan and implement it on schedule.
• Attend meetings and assist office staff as needed.
• Provide community outreach and education.

Job Summary:

Ennoble Care is seeking a full-time, experienced Housecalls Community Liaisons for our Dallas, TX markets. This role involves engaging with the community to promote our services, build relationships, and enhance brand awareness.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze the potential of the company's service area to determine target markets.
• Visit Doctor' offices, hospitals, Assisted Living facilities, Skilled Nursing Facilities and other possible sources of referrals to present Agency credentials and obtain patient referrals.
• Analyze the company's organization to determine its strengths and weaknesses.
• Analyze past and current marketing data.
• Complete an analysis of the company's "product" line.
• Analyze patient/company relationships.
• Develop sales/marketing objectives and sales projections.
• Develop a marketing plan, identifying priorities and sets a reasonable timetable.
• Implement marketing plan staying within established timetable.
• Review and evaluate the analyses and plan on an established basis.
• Attend IDG meetings, as appropriate.
• Assist office staff as needed with going to updates, etc.
• Provide community outreach and education.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years experience in marketing, nursing or social work interacting with health agencies/professionals.
• Must be organized and detail oriented.
• Must be able to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
• Must be a licensed driver with an insured automobile in good working order.

Compensation: Base salary of $50,000 - $95,000, + Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Bonuses
