Job summary

Ennoble Care is seeking a full-time Housecalls Community Liaison for the Dallas, TX market. This role focuses on community engagement to promote our home-based primary, palliative, and hospice services, build relationships with health entities, and raise brand awareness.

You will develop marketing plans, analyze service areas, and drive referrals while representing Ennoble Care with professionalism and compassion. Competitive base salary and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in marketing, nursing, or social work interacting with health agencies/professionals.
• Must be organized and detail oriented.
• Must be able to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
• Must be a licensed driver with an insured automobile in good working order.

Responsibilities

• Analyze market potentials within the service area to identify target markets.
• Visit doctors' offices, hospitals, assisted living facilities, SNFs, and other referral sources to present credentials and obtain referrals.
• Assess the organization to determine strengths and weaknesses.
• Review marketing data and past performance to inform strategy.
• Develop sales/marketing objectives and projection plans.
• Create and implement a marketing plan with priorities and timelines.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.

Job Summary

Ennoble Care is seeking a full-time, experienced Housecalls Community Liaisons for our Dallas, TX markets. This role involves engaging with the community to promote our services, build relationships, and enhance brand awareness.

Responsibilities

• Analyze the potential of the company's service area to determine target markets.
• Visit Doctor' offices, hospitals, Assisted Living facilities, Skilled Nursing Facilities and other possible sources of referrals to present Agency credentials and obtain patient referrals.
• Analyze the company's organization to determine its strengths and weaknesses.
• Analyze past and current marketing data.
• Complete an analysis of the company's "product" line.
• Analyze patient/company relationships.
• Develop sales/marketing objectives and sales projections.
• Develop a marketing plan, identifying priorities and sets a reasonable timetable.
• Implement marketing plan staying within established timetable.
• Review and evaluate the analyses and plan on an established basis.
• Attend IDG meetings, as appropriate.
• Assist office staff as needed with going to updates, etc.
• Provide community outreach and education.

Qualifications

Compensation

Base salary of $50,000 - $95,000, + Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Bonuses
