Job summary

Select Specialty Hospital Vic Village in Columbus, OH seeks a House Supervisor - Registered Nurse (RN) to lead nursing staff on nights and ensure safe, high-quality patient care. Full-time, 12-hour shifts, with a $84,700-$107,000 annual salary and a $10,000 sign-on bonus, commensurate with experience.

Required RN license, BLS and ACLS at hire; preferred five years of critical care and prior management, BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Effectively managing resources during assigned shift.

Compensation: $84,700-$107,000 Yearly based on years of experience

Sign-on bonus: $10,000

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Valid State Registered Nurse (RN) License
• BLS and ACLS required at hire.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Five (5) years of critical care/progressive clinical care experience is preferred.
• Prior clinical management experience is preferred.
• BSN is preferred.
