Select Specialty Hospital Charleston is seeking an experienced House Supervisor (RN) to lead nursing teams on a 7-7 night shift. The role focuses on resource management, staff support, and maintaining high standards of patient care.

Qualifications

• Valid State Registered Nurse (RN) License.
• BLS and ACLS required at hire.
• Five (5) years of critical care/progressive clinical care experience is preferred.
• Prior clinical management experience is preferred.
• BSN is preferred.

• Effectively managing resources during your assigned shift.
• Creating a healthy work atmosphere that promotes team and individual growth.
• Constantly monitoring the workplace to ensure policies and procedures are followed.
• Serving as a clinical resource to staff and patients/families.

Minimum Qualifications:
