Job summary

Select Specialty Hospital in Omaha, NE is seeking a House Supervisor-Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time nights. You will lead a team of care providers, ensure policy compliance, and coordinate patient care during the shift with a focus on high-quality outcomes.

The role requires an RN license, BLS/ACLS at hire, and preference for five years in critical care with management experience. The department offers growth, financial support for education, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Valid State RN license.
• BLS and ACLS required at hire.
• Five years of critical care/progressive care experience preferred.
• Prior clinical management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Effectively managing resources during your assigned shift.
• Creating a healthy work atmosphere that promotes both team and individual growth.
• Constantly monitoring the workplace to ensure that all company policies and procedures are being maintained.
• Serving as a clinical resource to the staff and patients/families.
• Working cooperatively as an ancillary interdisciplinary team member to identify and solve patient-specific and facility-wide needs, while also improving operations.
