Job summary

Select Specialty Hospital - Memphis East is hiring a House Supervisor (RN) to lead nursing teams on 12-hour day shifts. This full-time role includes a $15,000 sign-on bonus and a focus on high-quality, compassionate patient care in a post-ICU setting.

Candidates must hold a valid RN license with BLS/ACLS at hire; BSN preferred. The role emphasizes leadership, resource management, and clinical mentorship within a supportive environment.

Minimum Qualifications

• Valid State Registered Nurse (RN) License
• BLS and ACLS required at hire.

Preferred Qualifications

• Five (5) years of critical care/progressive clinical care experience is preferred.
• Prior clinical management experience is preferred.
• BSN is preferred.
