Job summary

Medical City Healthcare in Decatur is seeking a House Supervisor to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care by directing and supervising all house-wide functions during designated shifts. This role involves active participation in the nursing management team and managing activities in the absence of hospital administration.

Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of clinical practice experience and hold a Registered Nurse (RN) certification. Comprehensive benefits and opportunities for personal growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• PALS Pediatric Advanced Life Support certification must be obtained within 60 days of employment start date.
• 5+ years of experience in clinical practice.

The House Supervisor participates as an active member of the nursing management team and assumes authority to manage all activities and personnel in conjunction with and in the absence of hospital administration.

Qualifications
