Medical City Sachse is seeking a Nurse Supervisor to support Hospital and Nursing Administration in the absence of leadership, promoting the mission and values of the nursing department.
This role requires an RN with ACLS and BCLS, a Bachelor’s degree, and at least 5 years of progressive nursing experience including 2 years in a supervisory capacity. The nurse will practice autonomously using evidence-based care.

The Supervisor House Admin represents Hospital and Nursing Administration in their absence and supports the mission, vision and values of Medical City Sachse and the philosophy of the Department of Nursing. The Supervisor House Admin promotes, advocates for and supports the nursing staff’s primary commitment to protect the health, safety and rights of the individual, family and community. When assisting in patient care activities, this RN is accountable for their practice and care coordination. The RN is expected to practice autonomously utilizing evidence-based practices.
