StepStone Hospitality is seeking a dedicated housekeeping team member to support guest room operations and public areas in a fast-paced hotel environment.

You will deliver linens and supplies, maintain cleanliness across corridors and public spaces, and assist with housekeeping closet setups, while promptly reporting hazards and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Competenze

• Experience in housekeeping or hotel operations preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and team members.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Knowledge of safety and sanitation regulations is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; relevant experience required.

Requirements

• Experience in housekeeping or hotel operations preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.

• Ability to follow instructions and work within established cleaning procedures.
• Previous experience in a hotel environment preferred
• Knowledge of applicable Federal, state, and local health, safety, and legal regulations
• Ability to obtain required licenses and certificates
• Additional language ability preferred
• CPR and first aid training preferred
