Job summary

StepStone Hospitality is seeking a dependable Housekeeping Associate to support room attendants by delivering linens and supplies, maintaining corridors and public areas, and assisting with closet setup. You will respond to guest requests with courtesy while upholding safety and sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping or hotel operations preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and team members.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Knowledge of safety and sanitation regulations is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; relevant experience required.
• Ability to follow instructions and work within established cleaning procedures.
• Previous experience in a hotel environment preferred
• Knowledge of applicable Federal, state, and local health, safety, and legal regulations
• Ability to obtain required licenses and certificates
• Additional language ability preferred
• CPR and first aid training preferred
