St. Joseph's Center in Scranton is looking for a dedicated House Manager to support pregnant women in a nurturing environment. This role involves overseeing daily operations, teaching life skills, and assisting residents with personal goals to create a positive impact.
You will work closely with a team in a supportive atmosphere, ensuring the well-being and success of mothers in the program. The position offers competitive compensation starting at $17.38 per hour, along with excellent benefits and a focus on personal and professional growth.
The primary function of House Manager is to provide pregnant women, nurturing and healthy environment to reside in. House Managers monitor the overall supervision of the program on their shift while providing support to program participants. Under the supervision and guidance of the Residential Program Specialist, House Managers assist with personal, educational and professional goals of program participants, as well as, maintaining medical appointments. This position creates a positive impact on the lives of the expecting mother, and the staff, who assist them.
