Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a House Manager in Moberly, MO. The role is salaried, exempt, and focuses on creating a safe, supportive home environment while supervising Direct Support Professionals to meet individual needs.

The position requires a high school diploma, prior management and/or I/DD experience, and the ability to coordinate training, scheduling, and documentation, including patient-related records and on-call coverage.

Qualifications

• Must possess at least a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ideal candidate will have prior management experience and/or extensive I/DD experience.
• Ability to pass a Family Care Safety Registry screening.
• Ability to show strong work ethic, accept supervision and constructive feedback, as well as provide supervision and feedback.
• Reliability, punctuality, and flexibility in scheduling; needs of individuals served must be met at all times.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a safe, supportive, and therapeutic home environment.
• Supervise Direct Support Professionals and ensure staff training.
• Be on-call and available; serve as DSP when needed.
• Maintain documentation, schedules, and medication MARs; liaise with healthcare staff.
