Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Missouri seeks an experienced Housekeeping Manager to lead the daily operations of the Housekeeping department and, where applicable, the Laundry department. You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning, hire and train staff, and monitor cleanliness to ensure guest satisfaction.

The role requires strong communication, budgeting and computer skills, with a minimum of five years in hotel management at progressively senior levels.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of management experience in hotel operations, with at least three years in housekeeping management.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial planning skills.
• Ability to hire, train and develop staff while maintaining guest satisfaction.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in accounting programs and basic math for budget analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of Housekeeping and, where applicable, Laundry departments.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting and financial planning for the departments.
• Supervise hiring, training and development to optimize employee performance and guest satisfaction.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards.
• Monitor consumables, supplies, and operating expenses to maximize service quality and cost efficiency.
