Job summary

Azura Memory Care Verona is seeking a House Manager who can lead daily household operations while creating a warm, home-like environment for residents. You will coach staff, foster teamwork and ensure safety, quality of life, and compassionate care for memory‑care residents.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, staff development, and close collaboration with residents, families and community leadership to deliver person-centered care.

Qualifications

• Experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, management or similar leadership settings.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Compassionate, dependable and proactive in supporting residents.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the household and create a warm, welcoming environment for residents.
• Coach, mentor, and support team members to foster teamwork, accountability, and compassion.
• Build relationships with residents and families to ensure quality of life and needs are met.
• Coordinate staffing, schedules, routines, and household needs.
• Partner with community leadership to support resident care, team development and compliance.
• Be a hands-on leader who is present and willing to jump in wherever needed.
• Support memory-care centered, person-focused care in daily activities.
