Job summary

Employment Resources, Inc. is hiring a House Manager in Tulsa to support adults and children with disabilities at home.

This full‑time role runs Monday through Friday, 7:00am–3:00pm, with a pay rate of $16.47 per hour. The position emphasizes helping individuals grow, become more independent, and participate in the community in a mission‑driven setting.

Qualifications

• Patience, organization, and encouragement are essential in this role.
• Commitment to helping adults and/or children with disabilities live independently.

Responsibilities

• Ensure HTS shift coverage and smooth home operations
• Manage schedules for shopping, medical appointments, errands, and activities
• Complete monthly documentation and reports
• Assist and teach personal care (bathing, dressing, hygiene, mobility, safety)
• Teach life skills and household tasks such as cleaning, cooking, and budgeting
• Support use of communication devices and technology
• Help individuals manage medications and personal finances
• Plan transportation and accompany individuals to appointments
• Encourage community participation, hobbies, exercise, and social engagement

What You'll Do

As a House Manager, you'll guide the daily operations of the home while teaching and supporting individuals in essential life skills. Your responsibilities will include:
