Job summary

North Eastern Services is seeking compassionate in-home care staff to support individuals with disabilities, helping them live their best life. Pay ranges from $18 to $21 per hour, based on experience.

Shifts include 3pm-11pm Sun-Thu or Tue-Sat, with additional 9am-3pm options on Sat or Sun. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, planning community activities, maintaining a clean home, and documenting care.

Qualifications

• Background check and drug screen required.
• Paid training provided.
• Must have Utah driver’s license and clean driving record.

• Support social and life skills by planning and participating in activities with individuals in their homes and in the community.
• Assist individuals in maintaining a clean environment.
• Complete daily documentation.
• Supervision and support of staff.
• Transport individuals to doctor appointments (company vehicle if needed).
• Build your schedule with the availability of staff.
• Shift coverage assistance to staff or filling shift is necessary.
