Job summary

Outreach seeks a House Manager in Ridgewood, NY to supervise care coordination in a residential program for youths with substance use histories. You will oversee case managers, ensure treatment plans and services are delivered, and act in the absence of Site Director and Clinical Coordinator.

Responsibilities include crisis intervention, facilitating access to mental health and veteran resources, outreach, enrollment support, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to achieve program

Qualifications

• CASAC/CASAC-T/CRC/LMHC/LMSW/LMFT/LCSW or higher preferred.
• 2-3 Years of experience in substance abuse setting.
• Experience providing clinical supervision in a residential setting.
• Extensive knowledge of community resources for substance use, mental health, veterans.

• Counseling and support to enhance clients’ capacity to benefit from treatment regimen.

• Engage in community outreach to locate appropriate clients & assist through enrollment process.
• Assessment and support services to facilitate access to specialized services (Mental Health, SSD, Veteran’s Resources).
• Assist in facilitating access to job training, job search activities, placement and stabilization.
• Advocacy and report of client activity.
• Adherence to agency protocols for maintenance and security of agency equipment.
• Act as a member of the multi-disciplinary team, participate in weekly case conference.
• Ensure accuracy of treatment plans and delivery of clinical services.
• Develop clinical programming appropriate to the needs of the population.

Position: House Manager

The House Manager is responsible for supervising the delivery of care coordination services to children population with a history of substance abuse, some of whom have specialized needs (Ex. Chronic medical conditions, and mental health). The House Manager assumes overall responsibility of the facility in the absence of both the Site Director and Clinical coordinator.

Qualifications

• CASAC, CASAC-T, CRC, LMHC, LMSW, LMFT, LCSW or higher preferred.
• 2-3 Years of experience in substance abuse setting
• Experience providing clinical supervision on a residential setting
• Extensive knowledge of community resources available to clients who are diagnosed with substance use disorders, mental health disorders, chronic medical conditions, and veterans
• Unwavering commitment to quality programs and data-driven program evaluation
• Ability to manage, coach, and develop high-performance teams that achieve program objectives
• Ability to work effectively in collaboration with diverse interdisciplinary team
• Action-oriented, adaptable, and innovative approach to program planning
