The Admissions & Outreach Manager provides full clinical oversight for all admissions and peer staff, consistent with maximizing service delivery to the clients served. Under the supervision of the program director, the Admissions & Outreach Manager will provide outpatient alcoholism and substance use disorder assessment services to complete intakes in the comprehensive integrated outpatient program. The position involves working closely with the front office support staff, the medical team as well as the clinicians and peer services. The position requires an individual who consistently works to achieve both personal and work-unit goals; effectively extends cooperative efforts beyond the confines of the department or discipline; interacts/deals effectively with others even in adverse conditions; is willing to go the extra mile to meet the needs and expectations of individuals, families, and communities; is genuine passionate, professional, transparent and responsible. The Admissions & Outreach Manager must have excellent customer service skills and able to develop internal and external resources and customer relationships.
