Firehouse Subs is seeking an Hourly Shift Coordinator to lead daily operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will guide the team, coach staff, and ensure fast, friendly service in a clean environment.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age with a High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience in restaurants, retail, or another fast-paced environment.
• A people-first attitude with strong communication skills and a team mindset.
• The ability to motivate others and solve problems confidently during busy shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift by setting the pace, guiding the crew, and modeling strong service and teamwork.
• Deliver great guest experiences by motivating the team to provide fast, friendly, and accurate service in clean surroundings.
• Develop your people by coaching Team Members, providing feedback, and helping build skills and confidence.
• Support operations and profitability by following cash controls, managing inventory checks, receiving truck orders, and upholding Firehouse Subs brand standards.
