Job summary

Firehouse Subs is seeking an Hourly Shift Coordinator to lead the floor, motivate the crew, and uphold Firehouse Subs brand standards. You’ll work closely with the management team to deliver fast, accurate service and create a welcoming environment for guests.

You will coach Team Members, handle daily operations like cash controls and inventory checks, and model service excellence while growing your leadership capabilities within a purpose-driven restaurant brand.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 18 years of age with a High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience in restaurants or fast-paced environments preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a team mindset essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift by setting the pace and guiding the team to deliver fast and friendly service.
• Coach Team Members, provide feedback, and help develop skills and confidence.
• Support operations by following cash controls, managing inventory checks, and receiving truck orders.
