Job summary

Firehouse Subs is hiring an Hourly Shift Coordinator to lead the floor, set the pace, and model service excellence. You will work closely with the GM and AM to motivate the crew and deliver outstanding guest experiences in a fast-paced setting.

You bring a people-first attitude, strong communication, and the ability to solve problems during busy shifts. Growth opportunities and leadership training are provided.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older with a HS diploma or GED.
• Experience in fast-paced environments such as restaurants or retail.
• People-first attitude with strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift by setting pace, guiding the crew, and modeling teamwork.
• Deliver great guest experiences with fast, friendly, accurate service.
• Coach Team Members, provide feedback, and develop leadership skills.
• Support operations by cash controls, inventory checks, and order receipt.
