Job summary

Firehouse Subs is seeking an Hourly Shift Coordinator to lead daily operations on the floor and set the pace for the team. You will work with managers to ensure exceptional guest experiences, driving fast, accurate service in a clean environment.

You’ll coach team members, provide feedback, and help build skills while supporting inventory checks, cash controls, and truck orders. A people-first attitude and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
• Experience in fast-paced environments preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership to guide the shift.
• Ability to motivate the crew and manage guest expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift by setting the pace and guiding the crew.
• Deliver great guest experiences with fast, friendly service.
• Coach Team Members and provide constructive feedback.
