Job summary

Firehouse Subs in Gainesville, FL is seeking an Hourly Shift Coordinator to lead the floor, guide the crew, and model excellent service. You will work closely with store leaders to deliver fast, friendly guest experiences while maintaining clean, safe surroundings.

You’ll develop Team Members through coaching, feedback, and hands-on training, manage daily operations, cash controls, inventory, and truck orders, and uphold brand standards.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old with a High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience in restaurants, retail, or another fast-paced environment.
• People-first attitude with strong communication skills and a team mindset.
• Ability to motivate others and solve problems confidently during busy shifts.
• Commitment to delivering great guest experiences and upholding brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift by setting the pace, guiding the crew, and modeling strong service and teamwork.
