Firehouse Subs in Jacksonville, FL is seeking an Hourly Shift Coordinator to lead the floor, set the pace, and model service and teamwork. You’ll work closely with the Restaurant General Manager and Assistant Manager to drive great results while creating an environment where Team Members feel supported and prepared to succeed.

This role values 18+ with high school diploma, restaurant experience, strong communication, and problem solving during busy shifts.
