Job summary

Burger King is seeking an Hourly Shift Coordinator to serve as the shift leader, supporting the RGM and AM in operations, driving fast, friendly service and brand standards.

You will coach Crew Members, manage cash procedures, inventory, and product prep, and ensure adherence to shift plans, service speed, and profitability.

This role may require working evenings, weekends and holidays, and may involve assignments at other locations based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required; 2 years of college preferred.
• 1–2 years of quick service restaurant experience.
• Demonstrated understanding of guest service principles.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work long and irregular shifts.

Hourly Shift CoordinatorSchedule- Based on business needsJob Status- Full timePOSITION OVERVIEW:The Hourly Shift Coordinator (HSC) is the Shift Leader of the restaurant focused on delivering sales and profit results through profitability, Guest, people & operations. The HSC supports the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) and Assistant Manager (AM) in managing the operations during assigned shifts, driving key performance outcomes related to sales, profitability, guest service and people.
