Job summary

Popeyes is hiring an Hourly Shift Coordinator in Johnson City, TN. You’ll be the on-floor leader, setting the pace, guiding Team Members, and delivering bold food and warm hospitality.

You’ll collaborate with the General Manager and Assistant Managers to run great shifts, coach staff, manage cash controls and inventory, and keep Popeyes standards hot and ready. Weekly pay, meal discounts, flexible schedules, training, and growth opportunities await.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in restaurants, retail, or other fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication skills and ability to motivate a team.
