Popeyes Winchester is seeking an Hourly Shift Coordinator to lead on the floor, drive energy, and ensure guest experiences are on point. You will work closely with managers to coach Team Members, deliver bold food, and uphold Popeyes standards in a fast-paced kitchen.

Qualifications

• 18+ with a High School Diploma or GED.
• Leadership experience in restaurants, retail, or other fast-paced environments.
• People-first mindset with strong communication skills and the ability to motivate a team.
• Confidence solving problems on the fly while keeping the guest experience front and center.
• Desire to learn, grow, and uphold Popeyes standards in a high-energy kitchen.
