Job summary

Popeyes in Somerset, KY is seeking an Hourly Shift Coordinator to lead our on‑the‑floor operations. You’ll partner with the General Manager and Assistants to keep shifts running smoothly, coach Team Members, and deliver bold food and warm hospitality to every guest.

You’ll set the pace on your shift, guide team members to serve fast and accurately, manage cash and inventory, and help grow leadership skills through on‑the‑job coaching and feedback.

Qualifications

• 18+ with a High School Diploma or GED.
• Leadership experience in fast-paced environments such as restaurants or retail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate a team.
• Confident solving problems on the fly while keeping the guest experience in mind.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift with confidence, know-how, and pride.
• Guide Team Members to deliver fast, friendly, and accurate meals in a clean kitchen.
• Coach Team Members and provide feedback to help them grow on the floor.
• Support operations and profitability by handling cash controls, inventory, and orders.
