Popeyes in Oxford, MS is seeking an Hourly Shift Coordinator to lead the floor, guide Team Members, and ensure fast, friendly service.

You will work with the General Manager and Assistant Managers to coach staff, manage cash controls and inventory, and uphold Popeyes standards while delivering a high-energy, guest‑focused experience. This entry-level leadership role offers weekly pay and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 18+ with a High School Diploma or GED.
• Leadership experience in fast-paced environments such as restaurants or retail.
