Job summary

Popeyes is hiring an Hourly Shift Coordinator to lead on the floor, keep energy high, and ensure guests receive fast, friendly, and accurate meals in a clean kitchen.

You will coach Team Members, guide operations with confidence, and uphold Popeyes high standards while delivering warm hospitality daily.

Qualifications

• 18+ with a High School Diploma or GED.
• Leadership experience in restaurants, retail, or other fast-paced environments.
• People-first mindset with strong communication skills and the ability to motivate a team.
• Confidence solving problems on the fly while keeping the guest experience front and center.
• Desire to learn, grow, and uphold Popeyes standards in a high-energy kitchen.
