Job summary

Popeyes is hiring an Hourly Shift Coordinator to lead shifts on the floor, coach team members, and maintain high guest satisfaction. You’ll work closely with the General Manager and Assistants to keep the dining area and kitchen running smoothly.

Qualifications

• 18+ with a High School Diploma or GED.
• Leadership experience in restaurants, retail, or other fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift on the floor with confidence, ensuring energy and guest satisfaction.
• Guide Team Members to deliver fast, friendly, and accurate meals in a clean, welcoming kitchen.
• Coach Team Members, share feedback, and help them grow skills on the floor.
• Support operations and profitability by handling cash controls, inventory checks, and receiving truck orders.
