Job summary

Popeyes is hiring an Hourly Shift Coordinator to lead a dynamic team in a fast-paced kitchen. You will set the pace on each shift, coach Team Members, and ensure the guest experience remains a priority with friendly, accurate service.

You will work closely with leadership to maintain Popeyes standards, handle cash controls, and monitor inventory while keeping the kitchen energetic and welcoming.

Qualifications

• 18+ with a High School Diploma or GED.
• Leadership experience in restaurants, retail, or other fast-paced environments.
• People-first mindset with strong communication and the ability to motivate a team.
• Desire to learn, grow, and uphold Popeyes standards in a high-energy kitchen.

Responsibilities
