Popeyes in Gretna, LA is hiring an Hourly Shift Coordinator to lead on the floor, energize the team, and ensure a great guest experience. You’ll work closely with managers to steer shifts, coach Team Members, and keep operations running smoothly.

You’ll build skills on the job, manage cash controls, inventory checks, and truck orders while upholding Popeyes standards and a warm, high-energy kitchen culture.

Qualifications

• 18+ with a High School Diploma or GED.
• Leadership experience in restaurants, retail, or fast-paced environments.
• People-first mindset with strong communication and ability to motivate a team.
