Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with applicant tracking in Workday ATS; review records and disposition candidates promptly.
• Represent and participate in recruiting events to promote Wayne-Sanderson Farms as an employer of choice.
• Coordinate screening and interview scheduling with production, feed mill or hatchery leadership.
• Partner with Senior/Field Recruiters to understand positions and duties and ensure qualified hires.
• Schedule new hires for orientation and ensure completion of paperwork for a positive onboarding experience.
