Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Clerical experience in HR preferred.
• Experience with Workday or similar HRIS preferred.
• Strong English communication, verbal and written.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Assist hourly recruiting by screening candidates and guiding them through the offer process.
• Manage applicant tracking within Workday; ensure records are up-to-date.
• Coordinate candidate interviews with production leaders and HR.
• Represent the company at recruiting events to build the employer brand.
• Schedule new-hire orientations and complete pre-employment paperwork.
